BW35, Dextron or type F? 140-160

Before I drop the tranny pan and clean out all of the junk, I was wondering if I should look for type F tranny fluid (owner's manual) or just get Mercron/Dextron II, III. Will it make a difference? I would think the cost is about the same.
I found a flat iron bar which will fit in the screw slot so that I can get the plug out. It's fun having something to do on a rainy day.

Thanks,
Klaus

Type F. Dexron is too slippery.

As for cost ... about the same to perhaps cheaper. I bought mine's at the 99-cents store.
