My glovebox illumination bulb needs replacing.....I've taken it out ad I'm struggling to get one from normal auto factors....is this a main dealer only bulb....or can it be got from an ordinary auto factors.

How did you get it out?
I have a burned out one as well but do not know how to get it out.

You have unfortunately got to remove the glovebox to get to the bulb mate.

OK, how do you remove glovebox?
It is not obvious to me.

There two fabric covered square covers that are noticable when you open the glovebox that when removed by clipping off with a screwdriver reveal two torx bolts that you remove. Then underneath the globemox with the door closed you will see two more torx bolts....after that its a case of prying it carefully out of its hole....anymore problems give us a shout....you can try and remove and if you have problems just leave it only half attached....mine is at the moment but it will still hold in place due to the tighness of the hole it fits into!
