What is a fuel injection impulse relay? 700 1989

I was flipping through the wiring diagrams for an 89 740 in my blue Haynes trying to figure what relay (picture below - not THE relay but similar) I have in front of my left strut tower.

One of the wire to the relay is connected to the starter and following the diagram one of the wiring from the starter goes to a fuel injection impulse relay. This is separate from the fuel pump relay as it has a different ID no in the diagram.

Any ideas what it is? I have a B230E k-jetronic and the wiring diagram wasn't that all clear to which engine it was referring to.

Thanks

It's a relay used on turbos to help "Warm Starts" by pulsing the Cold Start Injector during cranking.
