OK, I just lost everything I typed so here I go again. Anyway...thanks for all the suggestions, but I found nothing wrong with timing, pumps, injectors, grounds, coolant temp and knock sensors.

Could the injector be firing at the wrong time? Any way to check the timing of the injector? Only problems that I can see is the spark is orangish but seems strong enough to fire up. Turbo hoses might be suspect...don't know if that can cause no start. Spark is a bit late but I can't bring it back any more.

Engine was completely rebuilt after overheat that trashed #1 piston and cylinder. Replaced that injector as well, others seem to function. Does the overheat give anyone a clue as to what the reason for the no start could be? BTW, I did have the engine running briefly after the rebuild, but since then nada.

I read through your other thread on this too, I wonder if it is possible the timing belt has slipped? Might explain the improper timing, if everything was lined up before you cranked the engine.
Just a guess...
