Squealing brakes - with a twist. 900 1993

The previous front brake setup was Axiss Organic on Zimmerman rotors.
Those pads are hard, very little pad wear!
OK, but not great braking. No squealing with synthetic grease on the pad backs.
I changed to Axiss Metal Masters, much better braking.
I put the red antisqueal stuff on the new pads before assembly.
The brakes do not squeal on straight line braking but only when turning left slowly.
I have tried to apply some synthetic grease to the pad backs with a Q-tip thru the wheel spokes.
This helped a bit but it looks like I will have to take the wheels off and do it properly.
Any suggestions as to curing this odd squeal?

Thanks again,

Dan

I dont know how much of a help i can be, but i have gurling, with raybesto's pads.
They last for monthes and are very quiet.
I think you've got the right idea, try taking them appart and applying it properly.
Do you normally use theese type of pads? or is this your first time with theese?.

      These are Girling calipers too.
This is my first time with these pads.
Thety create more dust than Axiss Organics but I will trade that for better braking feel.

Did you put anti-squeal shims on the back of the pads? Most new pads come with these-you may be able to get some at an auto parts store-or try the dealer if you didn't get them with the pads.Apply some anti-squeal paste between the pads and the shims unless the shims are self-adhesive.Good Luck!
