While changing the 02 Sensor, I found what appears to be a small pin hole in the exhaust downpipe close (a few mms) from where the O2 sensor screws in. Will JB Weld seal a small hose in this material at these temperatures -- or what is recommended?

You can try the JB Weld, but my experience with exhaust pipe patching is bad: nothing lasts. The only fix is a new downpipe.

My POR 15 catalog has an exhaust manifold repair kit. Claims to work well, but I don't know much about it.
