How to mount a rear window louver? 200 1989

This is what I'm talking about:

A rear window louver would be cool to add to my car, but I have no idea how to mount it. What kind of hardware is necessary?

Are all the sedan rear windows the same shape? In other words, if I found one on a 1982 car, would it fit on my 1989 240?

Are all of these aftermarket, or were rear window louvers factory-made or dealer-installed? Does anyone have a rear window louver on their car? Any comments on it?

If used as an alternative to window tint then its acceptable.

A company named Auto Plas in England also made louvers. they still sell the mounting clips. Do a web search for them
