Hi everyone.
This 940's A/C was not working previously. Reflowed the solder and it comes on now but only cools the a/c pipes in the engine compartment. When the a/c is on, all the pipes (in the engine compartment) sweat but nothing happens in the car. What is going on? Could it be low on refregerant? Please help.

Is your heater valve funtioning properly? ( as in no hot water going through when turned off ?)
