1995 850 gas tank

My daughter's '95 850 sedan has a leak in the gas tank. It seems the seam where the top and bottom of the plastic tank was originally joined has sprung a leak. It is in the left rear of the tank. Anybody have any experience fixing a leak, or do I just need to find a good used plastic tank.

    There is an active recall going on right now that addresses your problem. I believe it covers '94-'97 850's. Go see your local Volvo dealer.
