Can I 700 1989

I have a 740 turbo and I want to put volans on it (850R rims) is that possible?
If so what do I need?

How often do I need to replace the hoses around the turbo?

Anything is possible...
To mount those wheels you will need spacers and longer lugs.
Replace the turbo hoses when they start to soften/deteriorate/leak.
