Anybody recognize this hazard switch and/or know how it's wired? 120-130

This switch is in my 68 120, is does not look original, but is does look volvo. it says 500 298 on the side. it has the main flasher for everything attached so the turn signals go through it as well. Right now the turn signals work but not the 4 ways. I might be able to work this out but as my wiring diagrams show nothing like it I thought I'ld try here first. As always thanks in advance to any and all suggestions.

Patrick;

It also looks to me like the standard 140 (And I guess late 122) switch, except without the flasher element. I'd install a flasher element, and give it another try...if it's installed correctly, it might work fine for you.

That looks just like the one in my 68 120. I think it interchanges with the early 140s. It barely fits in the space and I found it easy to accidently disconnect a wire when reinstalling it.
