the brake fluid on my 760 is long overdue for replacing,its a afair bet that it is the original 15 year old fluid.
I dont want to wade in because of the ABS system.Whats the best way to tackle this job without ruining the ABS system?

The volvo tech manual from volotechinfo.com is superb with pictures on how to do this, change pads, rotors, ABS. A great value if you're planning on doing much break work.

Follow the FAQ instructions. You can change fluid by merely bleeding the brakes and refilling at the m/c as you go.
