Car won't start, cold start injector not working. '91 945T 900 1991

Hello

My car won't start unless you spray a little fuel into the intake. I have done the following:

Replace the coolant temperature sensor
Check the cold injector resistance wich is around 10 ohms
Check the wiring at the ECU, resistance between terminals 9 and 30 measure around 10 ohms.
Did a complete tune up.

From what I understant, the cold injector will only spray fuel when the engine is cold or when cranking. Then it won't spray if the CTS or RPM sensor are not good. I am correct?

The car won't start wether is cold or hot, unless some fuel is provided. Once it starts it seems to run fine.

Any suggestions? Thanks is advance for your replies

Are you getting spark when it's cold and won't start?
No ignition=no fuel.

I found the culprit! It was the radio suppression relay. The symtoms were no start cold or hot. At first spraying a little carb cleaner into the TB would get the car going, but of late the engine performance got bad. This car has the relay sitting on the strut tower on the driver's side. The bottom of the plastic box is sealed with silicon. I scrapped off the silicon, removed the plastic cover and re did all the solder points on the relay board. Ploblem fixed!

Yeah, that nigling chump...
They're 2 types of RSR, one with brown(paper-phenolic), and one with green(glass-epoxy) cicuit boards; always go for the latter.
