Must part ways (240 Wagon - Non Running) Houston, TX 200

Pros: Strong engine (about 140k, no leaks, 4 new tires (about 95% wear), pretty good interior, Alpine detachable face, mosfet amp, viper alarm, all original glass. Never been in an accident. A/C is fair. Does start.

Cons: Needs a new steering rack, tie-rods, drive shaft came loose at rear axle, looks like the mbc is in need of replacement, minimal rust in the usual areas around the rear windows, floor boards and trunk, clear coat is pretty much absent from the hood and roof.

Color is blue/blue. I don't have the facility to part it out, so someone from the brickboard can do the honors and take it all. It has been an awesome car and it will be missed, but I cannot do anything for her anymore.

Unfortunately, I do not have the time nor an area to get my wagon back on the road. $350 OBO. I live in the Westchase Area town.

Must part ways (240 Wagon - Non Running) Houston, TX (what year?) 200

You might want to post the year of the vehicle, and if it has an automatic or manual transmission (since the differential gears and the driveshaft length is different between a manual/auto car).

Someone who's close to you and parting out another 240 (sedan or wagon) could swap in a driveshaft (and rear axle assembly if needed) along with a steering rack and have the car back on the road in a few hours work. It seems that the blue/blue wagons are some of the most coveted Volvos out there and I know of several people that have done painstaking work to either acquire or maintain a blue wagon. -and I can think of several friends that would be thrilled to have your blue wagon if it wasn't so far away.

God bless,
Fitz Fitzgerald.
