Cracks in dash can I change the dash? help!!! 200

Hello, and thank you in advance for those who can help,

I have a 92 240gl and it is in mint condition with over 200k on it. Except for the dash it is full of cracks, I was wondering has anyone ever changed a dash and how much is involved in doing so? There is a dash on ebay that would go perfect with my car and I have seen those covers for sale but would prefer to replace the dash if possible. Is it easy to do or should I just not bother if it too complicated and live with the cracks? Also if I do replace my dash what do you put on it to keep it from cracking. I have used armorall on mine and it cracked anyways. Your advice is most appreciated.

I Replaced mine in about 2.5 hours. It's not bad,but your car has an airbag and mine does not. That might change things. Make sure you get an airbag dash. I don't know what to use on your dash, but never use amerall. Good luck and happy bricking.
