Autohaus Arizona charges $4.95 for Mann, $3.60 for Bosch filters
Free shipping for orders over $50
    That's where I get mine.

FCP was going to charge $13 to ship over to the West coast.

www.eeuroparts.com is about $40USD for 10 filters and includes free shipping for any orders >$40.

        Mann/K&N filters 200

Mann seems to be a very good/decent filter. Where can one buy K&N online?

One can buy K&N oil filters online at Kragen(partsamerica.com) or Napa-and probably other places as well. There is absolutely nothing wrong with Bosch or Mann, but K&N is far superior. I wouldn't use any other brand for oil/air filters. Have a splendid day :)
