Bleeding Brakes on 240 wagon 200

I need to do a total bleed on my '*& 240 DL wagon. I've been having some problems. I seem to be getting sepage through the bleeder valves. I tried to open them the correct amount but these are new rebuilt calipers and the bleeder valve is very loose and maybre opening more than it should. (?) Having a really hard time getting all the air out. Should the cap on the master cylander fluid container be on or off during this? Also do I have to do all three at same time when it comes to front calipers or can I do one at a time.

Any and all help appreciated.

John

Bleeding Brakes on 240 wagon 200

This the bleeding sequence for an '87 240 ( I assume that's what '*& means)

    1) Left rear
    2) Left front - Upper piston chambers (single bleeder, top)
    3) Right front - Upper piston chambers (single bleeder, top)
    4) Right rear
    5) Right front - Lower piston chambers (inner and outer bleeders, either first)
    6) Left front - Lower piston chambers (inner and outer bleeders, either first)

Master cyl cap is vented so it can be left on, it would just be in the way as you must keep adding fluid as you bleed the system.

Do not let either chamber of the master cyl run empty or you will have to start all over again.
