o2 sensor 700

i pulled out the o2 sensor today and found it covered with carbon. I cleaned it and put it back in and i still get the same thing, cant get over 3000,3500rpms with out it breaking up. Could all of the carbon deposits burned up the o2 sensor? i get .09 volts when warm?

      Sorry, its not so rich at an idle now since i cleaned it off. However when i get into the throttle it starts to break up and 3000rpm and wont even make it to 4000 or 4500, just blows black smoke out the back (fuel)

        Ah yes, the old turbo boost enrichen problem. Almost certainly you've got a blown intake hose with a crack in it that opens up when you give it enough boost. See the 700/900 FAQ for details and diagnostic procedures.
