fuel economy on road trip

hello all , I was wondering about the fuel milage after a long trip. We drove our 90 240 SW to Oak Island NC and back to Wilmington,DE about 540 mi. one way, the car ran great it did 75 most of the way but i was wondering if I should have gotten better than 25 or 26 MPG ? it looks a bit low ? thanks for any response . Rich

I get about that in my 87 244 on highway trips. Sounds normal enough to me. I have been hearing that replacing an old O2 sensor can help with economy, so maybe that will be something to look at.
