89 240 wagon wiper question

our 89 240 has a wiper motor problem,the wipers only function in the delay
and fast speeds no slow speed.does this sound like a motor problem or a wiper switch problem?

If the motor works at fast speed, it is not the motor! A relay probably went bad. The switch could be at fault, but if you jiggle the stalk at the slow speed and nothing happens, I suspect a relay.
