Subject window will lower but not raise.All other windows are operational.

If you take the window switch out of the door and take it apart you will more than likely find gunk collected inside the switch. In order to take it apart it is just a pressure fit inside the plastic housing, make sure to not lose any of the ball bearings and just simply make sure it goes back together the same way it came apart and you'll probably find that will fix you problem. I had the same problem and that's all it was.
