giasou Yanni,
Kalimera re, ti kanies;
If the car runs then "doubtfull" it's the fuel pressure regulator. Anyhow pull off the vacuum hose on it, and if you see fuel then it leaks out. i.e. new regulator is around 50 bucks at fcpgroton (bosch).
If the car does not run (drivable) you didn't mention that, then definately check the above. The regulator is at the end of the fuel rail feeding the injectors. It takes about 5 minutes to change it. Make sure to get the original bosch one because they are "regulated" for pressure.
Never hurts to change the regulator for a new one anyway.
the throttle body cleaning is a good idea but won't be super necessary at the moment unless there is a problem with it's ajustment or the throttle position switch. Check to see if it "clicks" in standalone position. With car off, if you turn the throttle (at throttle body) by hand then it should "click" right away. That's an indication that the throttle position switch is properly aligned to the throttle body. Cleaning of the throttle body improves idle stabilit of course, but it really shouldn't sputter and die unless there is major gunk in there.
hope that helps!
