Fuel injection headache 200 1989

I'm working on a 1989 240 Sedan, and I am having a heck of a time keeping it running. I have replaced the main relay and the fuse under the hood. From the tests that I have done I am having troubles getting a signal from the ECU to turn the fuel pumps on, when it does start it will go a couple days without any issues and runs great. But then without notice it just won't start... I put new spark plugs in and then it ran great for a couple days but then acted up again... Any Ideas... I'm hoping it's not the ECU but who knows...

    Hehehehe....

Replace the white fuse block (not just the fuse!!!) behind the battery. It powers the ECU and is notorious for stopping otherwise good 240's in their tracks...
