VADIS confusion

Anybody here got VADIS?

I see all manner of CDs and DVDs for sale here and there. But it's all so confusing. Discs have letters, numbers, volumes. I have no idea what I need!

VADIS confusion

There are different vadis versions that have been seen on EBAY. To get one that works you have to get a disk from someone that has the passcode to make the whole system work. If they don't supply the code and a reasonably guarantee it'll work you'll just be buying a coaster from them.

There was one person from the UK selling a copy of the VADIS DVD with the codes to make it run a while back.

VADIS confusion

Hello Evan,

I have VADIS, and with a 73 142, 75 242, 75 245, 80 245, 86 244, and a 87 745T, you don't "need" VADIS at all. Basically the only thing any of the VADIS DVD's "might" help you with is a few part numbers, and maybe a few how to instructions...It's really set up for 94+ cars, and is only needed for the 99+ cars.

Hope this helped,

Chris
