1991 Volvo 940 Turbo won't start in 18 degree weather 900 1991

My 1991 Volvo 940 Turbo won't start in 18 degree weather; I have heard there is a Cold Start injector and I would like to inspect it. Unfortunately i cannot find it on ALLDATA or my service CD. Can someone please tell me where to look? Also does anyone have a part number?

Finally is there a test I can do on it to ensure its integrity, such as electrical resistance or vacuum integrity?

Thanks, turns out the only car I could get started the last few days is my OLD mercedes diesel.

The cold start injector is located in the center underneath the intake manifold slanted down toward the engine on my 91 940SE. The wiring diagram indicates a GRN with Blk tracer coming fron the pin 32 of the ECU. There is a another GRN wire coming from the ballast resistor to the cold start injector.

If you have a null light(fits in the connector for the injector and lights up when the injector opens up) you can check out and see if the cold start injector is getting current when the engine is started. Check out FAQ for additional information.
