960 power window problem 900

My '93 960's driver's side window works fine until it gets almost all of the way down ( with the glass about 3 inches above the top of the door panel). It then slows down at the very end. I took the door panel off and it acts like something is binding. The bolts holding the regulator are tight against the door. What should I check next? I'm going to go ahead and lube everything while I have the door panel off.

Thanks,
Dave

i had the same problem on my 94 with both passenger windows.i finally opened up the track that the window slides into and it's been fine for over a year.with the panel off watch for where it slows(with your fingers out of the way).i pulled the window felt out and spread the track slightly with a chisel that was wider than the track and turned it with a wrench.that was my experience.
