    I finally picked up my third row seat from the guy I purchased my 245 from. It was installed in another 245 but he let me switch it to my car as part of the deal...

    At any rate, I un-installed it and took everything I need including shoulder belts, and all of the fasteners, clips, etc.

    My only question concerns the spring-loaded bar that runs across the back of the seat (at about shoulder hieght to the kids seated in it). It appears to have clipped into something to keep the seat from folding back up? only there's nothing there to hook on to. It would have to clip into something on the back of the back seat.

    Could someone please post a picture of how this seat locks into place. My seat has the foam/neopreme armrest (if that helps i.d. which type seat I have?) I will also need to replace the armrest or make new ones? are they available reasonably affordably?

      There are 2 chrome "D" shaped brackets that get attached to the backrest of the "middle" seat. If you did not get them, you will have to dig up a couple. They have no specific mounting holes. You line them up with the third seat open, then drill 2 holes in the seatback and attach the brackets with self tapping screws.
