1993 940 Turbo - Air Temperature Sensor? 900 1993

I recently ran a diagnostic check on my 1993 Volvo 940 Turbo, and the fault code that resulted was 1-2-2 which is an "Air Temperature Sensor." The fault code said: "Signal missing or faulty to/from air temperature sensor." I have tried to find this part everywhere, having no luck, I was told that this might be the same thing as an "Air Mass Meter." Does anyone know what the comparable part is, and/or where I can get it? My car stalls when in slowing or stopping position.
Thanks!

According to our LH 2.4 manual there is no 1-2-2 code for your fuel or ignition system. Since its a turbo,it cannot have Rex/Regina which does have an air temp sensor.Code 1-2-1 for your car is the mass air flow sensor code, then the numbers skip to code 1-2-3 which is for the coolant temp sensor for the fuel injection. Also note the 1-2-1 does not absolutly condemm the M.A.F. sensor. You need first to make sure that the throttle body is cleaned and adjusted correctly.

The car idles oddly, and stalls at stop lights/stopping position. Could the problem be that it just needs to have the throttle body cleaned and adjusted? If this doesn't work, any other suggestion on what might be the problem?
Thanks!
