Where are you located? If you gave us that info it might help....ie Canada vs. US makes a big difference in shipping rates and time it takes. I don't know where Pico Riverra is....I guess I could look up the zip but I'm lazy. Anyways, I think you should just say: "I want an M cam with a gear for as cheap as possible and as fast as possible shipped to *___* " My problems are:
1) I'm in Canada
2) I use my M cam to pass emissions tests and
3) I have no gear.
If you go to a junkyard, you can easily take this out in probably 15 minutes. You can just break off the plastic cover to the timing belt and cut the belt, then undo the valve cover and cam bolts and you're set to go. Just a thought.
