Greetings,
I removed a really nice set of seats from a 91 240 and I want to put them in one of my mid eighties 240's. They are so nice and clean I want to put some seat covers on them before I install them. Has anyone found seat covers that fit these seats nicely? I just want to spend a little $ on them and I don't want sheep skin.

    I have canvas covers on the 245 from Jean Seat International. You can find them on the web. Don't be put off by the pics of the loose fit. Just put them through a washer one time to take the starch out just like you would new jeans and they shrink a little and fit tight. Had mine going on six years now. Cheaper than IPD covers also. I think about $100 for the front set.

    The only ones I have ever heard about fitting well were the ones from IPD,, but they are rather expensive for my taste..i saw a set of covers from a local parts store and they looked nice but the guy had installed them using hog nose rings and he knew what to do to make them fit snug..So I guess it is mostly in the installation of them as to how well they will look,,Most parts stores, at least around here, will let you take a single cover to your car and try it.. :)
