buzzing flasher module 200 1991

The turn signal flasher module buzzes when the turn signals are activated, the lights do not come on.
I replaced the flasher module with a known working one from my 740, and the 240 module worked in my 740...
So it must be something else, in the wiring?

This ones new t me, anyone had this problem?

    buzzing flasher module....Was corroded fuse contacts...AGAIN! 200 1991

Thanks for the help, as i lay in bed i thought checking the fuses would be agood start, and sure enough, the fuse was making bad contact. The old 240 fuse spin technique solved the problem.
For good measure i spun the rest of them also.......

I have had the same problem some time ago - solution was spinning the fuse. Flasher switch speed depends on voltage (or current?) in the circuit - if you have for example one bulb out, voltage drops, they start blinking faster. Bad contact at the fuse acts the same way - voltage is so low that blinker "ticking" becomes buzzing.

    Hmm...

This is a long shot, but maybe your hazard switch is screwed up. All power for the turn signals runs though it, so if there is something wrong in there, it can cause problems.

Try swapping out the hazard switch and see if it does anything.

    Good Luck!
