Turbo oil drain leak ? 700 1985

I noticed an oil leak from my turbo oil drain tube where it attaches to the turbo (not the engine block). It seems to be leaking at the edge of the flat plate which is bolted to the turbo. Is there a gasket or o-ring between the turbo drain tube and the turbo ? I believe the FAQ says there is one on the other end, but I don't want to pull it off until I figure this out.

Any info would be appreciated.

Never mind, I was looking at parts online and found that there is a gasket between the two.
