I have 76 244 and a few days a go it started to sputter at low rpms in any gear and I can think of sooo many things I don't know where to start. Can any one pin point the problem before I tear the car apart.

Vacuum leak: Inspect all hoses and connections. Use methods discussed here.

Ignition: Is coil putting out a consistent hot spark to distributor? Have cap, rotor, plugs, and wires been changed?

Fuel: Idle speed and mixture adjustments. Check spray patterns and compare flow rates of injectors.

Mechanical: Ignition and belt timing. clean throttle body, compression check, valve adjustment.
