Check Engine Light ? 200

I have an 89 240 and this light just came on. Is there a way to diagnose this w/o getting a mechanic involved $$$$$$$

    The 700/900 FAQ has instructions for reading the codes.

    After you read the codes you will erase all the codes and your check engine light will go out, provided the problem is no longer there. Once you get your codes post back on the board and you will get help from there.

      I think 2 1 2 is Ox sensor issue
      and

      2 3 1 is Fuel Trim ????

      Any Ideas on what I can chk based on these codes ???


      I reset the codes tonight and lights went off but will not be using car till thurs.
