so i've never even inquired...
just got a 242glt... sweet. however it was left outside and the sunroof has a leak, so ah-yes i need new seats. what other seats line up? i'd like to do this right, of course... let me know, thanks all.

You can convert 4door seats by taking the hardware from the original 2 door seats. It's a bit of work but worth it. Only problem is any used seat is now 11 years old.

Ah, but you can use foam and cover from a hardly used passenger seat. Foam is identical L/R, the only difference for the covers are the holes for the lumbar support. And for the two-door, also the holes for the knob for the tilt mechanism.

Thanks Guys, do you know by chance if the 7 or 9 (front) seats fit into it?? fit well?

the 700 and 900 seats will not go into a 240, without alot of welding and cutting. the glts are great, have fun, chuck.
