Does anyone know of a pratical way of replacing the tattered headsliner in my 740 wagon?

    Well I'm not sure what you mean by practical, as I don't think there is an "easy" way to do it without just replacing the whole thing. The directions for DIY replacement are in the 700/900 FAQs at:

    They seem to be pretty well written directions.

    IPD makes a headliner kit for about $100, and they have instructions that you can download from their website as well:

      Thanks for the info. By pratical, I guess I was considering both the cost and the durability of the headliner. My kids seem to find an endless variety of ways to knick, tear and otherwise make a miserable existance for the current fabric liner.
