bypassing the A/C compressor on a 85? 200 1990

I know IPD sells the kit that spaces the pully out in up to earlier models- the 84 and before, but what about an 85?

just curios about doing the same thing on a 92 B230. the AC no longer works and i would rather not be spinning the pulley for no reason at all. It seems like having one less belt would be better regardless, but would this provide any perfomance increase or any other salient benefit?

You cut one belt off the alternator (outer I beleive) and stretch a new one around the harmonic balancer, alternator, fan, and power steering. I don't recall the belt size, but it should be in the archives. I might even go one size smaller than whats in the archives.
