the little blue border around the 'a/c' switch is blinking on my '90 760 turbo wagon... 700 1990

.... the blinking is apparently an a/c fault indication. the dealer had replaced the headliner just prior to the sale. he said there is an a/c sensor near the dome light.so the blinking may indicate a faulty sensor. the blinking was apparently caused by disconnecting and reconnecting the sensor in the process of ereplacing the headliner....
its a 60 mile drive to take it back for him to look at it. but he said he was trying to contact a few dearers and other volvo specialists to get a suggestion. if he gets an answer, he can give me instructions over the phone, hopefully. the a/c seems to be functional...
...
sooo...anybody here got any suggestions?

Check the FAQ 700 1990

There's information on how to pull and decipher the codes, and I believe various repairs suggested.

there is a vac line that goes to a pressure/temp sensor. Make sure hose is connected as well as the wires to sensor.

Remove dome light assembly and you will see it.
