Does anyone know alot about the pro/cons of these cars for this year?
Any insights welcome.

Thanks,
Tim

For starters--due to the age of the car-Id first be looking at rust problems-floors, rockers, etc--and then-check out the wiring harness for deterioration. The move on to its overall drivability--steady idle-easy starting--as you would any car youd consider buying. And also--check to make sure the blower motor is ok. Good luck

Biggest issue would be the wiring harness. Are you considering buying this car? Look very carefully at the engine wiring harness that starts at a big connector on the firewall and connects to injectors, alternator, sensors etc. to see if there are signs of insulation crumbling. Migh ask previous owner if it has been replaced. Also look for signs of rust under car, in trunk wheel well, rocker panels, around rear windows. You can search the posts here for more info, and I'm sure someone else will respond with more tips.

    85's are cool!
    Good Luck
