Fuel Injection Wiring 200

I have an 87 240 DL that I had to replace rear main oil seal in. HERE is the problem, I put numbers on all 4 electrical connectors for my injectors when removed however, when I finally got the wire harness routed back in it's correct location, the numbers no longer exist.
I now have sluggish acceloration when engine is cold but runs much better when warm. ??? How can you determine what fuel injector wire goes to the correct injector???

    If you disconnected the wires to the temperature sensors and knock sensor you may have swapped two of them over on re-assembly if the connectors are the same.
