about 125 horsepower in the real world, book states 102 horsepower. Torque is around 150 pounds max and I believe the book rates it at 42 newton meter however experience leads me to the higher figures over the "SAE-J245" ratings used in the USA. Weight is 535 pounds dry with all accys mounted and Hitachi starter, around 540 with the fatbob Bosch starter.
Picture on the left in my profile is an original D24T car with european spec head and injection pump, 240 wagon on right is my sons that now sports a D24T with automatic, both chassis are over 300K miles new.

Actual performance? Play your cards right with the 4sp OD trans and you can get under 12 seconds 0-60 MPH with MPG figures in the high 30's keeping your foot out of it.

Length? This Im not sure of, Would venture to guess around 28 to 32 inches pulley to flywheel, never measured one.
