    One Other Thing... 200

... Before you start, go around and make sure you can open each bleeder and get a few drops out. Much better than finding a problem in the middle of the job.

Bleeder screws sometimes snap. Try using a 5/16" deep socket to crack them loose before you use a wrench as the socket will grip straighter and cleaner.

Bleeders are either 5/16" (8mm) if original, or may be 1/4" on rebuilts.

If you have to open a line for any reason, block the brake pedal down about 1" to 2". This will keep fluid from draining out . Also keeps brake lights on, so pull fuse or Battery Neg cable.
