My local dealers have stopped carrying the OEM key blanks, with the Volvo emblem and rubber grip. In an effort to distinguish the keys of my brick from my wife's brick, and also to keep my wife happy with these little details, I'd like to find a source for the OEM key blanks to replace our generic keys. Anybody know where they can be ordered or found?

    If you still can't find the key blanks you want, I just looked in my dresser drawer and found 2 new key blanks still in the original bag with the Volvo info on the label. Go to my profile and email me if you're interested.

    I beleive these are still available from Volvo. Find a dealer who'll special order for you. I think these blanks retail from Volvo for about $9 each!

    Oddly enough I found a key blank, rubber grip, no "Volvo" though, at ACE Hardware. Works fine.
