if i point to the "head and feet" graphic, i get mostly my feet, and the windshield, if i poimt the "face" graphic, i get some on the feet. thing is, there's always some coming ouit of the windshiels vents.

You will always get a portion out of windshield vent that is normal and part of the desinge. The other problem is probably a vaccume leak from a bad vent acuator diaphram, most likly the foor vent one, the one with the yellow vac hose going to it.

You've either got a 940T with a bad check valve in the vacuum line to the climate control, or on any 9-series, the line is split or leaking, or fell off.

The vents are in their "fail" position, that is, where they sit when everything is off. There is a possibility that the climate control module is bad in the dash, but it's more likely to simply be a vacuum supply problem.
