Fuel pump check valve question 700 1992

Does anyone know if the Regina FI systems have a fuel pump check valve in them as the Bosch systems do? My car will crank for about 30 seconds if it has been shut off for more than an hour or so. Otherwise it starts up fine. The car is a non-turbo with new cap, rotor, plugs, fuel pressure regulator.

The only thing the Regina green book suggests as cause of lost residual pressure is leaking injector(s) or leaking cold start injector (which might lead to flooding and long cranking?).

No fuel pump check valve in the gas line for Regina with one in-tank pump. Check valve is built into the in tank pump.
