Hello I just purchaced a land rover series 1 to help around the house(large property) I would like to know the year of the truck to order parts for it. Since I have a ssssllllllooooowwwwww dial-up connection searching for related sites(a la Brickboard) is arduous to say the least. If any brickboarders know of good sites I would appreciate the help. The P.O. thinks it's a 1953 but it could maybey be a 48 or a 54)depends on which brother you ask ), the truck belonged to a garage that is closing due to retirement, they used it in the winter only for snow removal, it starts and runs well but I would like to know what all the knobs and buttons are supposed to do.
