Sound similar to a problem I once had,replaced switches, no change. Eventually found the channel for the glass was dislodged and binding. Check the guide channels and apply some silicone lube. Could be a ground issue too.

If I were you, I'd hit the junkyard and get all new switches for your car. My car had a faulty driver swtich for the passanger window and it wouldn't work. One of the switches was faulty and only rolled the back window up every three tries. I replaced them with a whole new set and everything worked. Then, if any windows still aren't working, then you need to check power to the motor and then if necessary, get a new or used window motor.

In most cases, the switch contacts are probably worn. In some cases, the motor commutators could be oxidized: the best way to keep the motors working is to use them occasionally.
