Ok, so this may be the dumbest question I've ever asked (and that's saying something) but I'm going to ask it anyways. What's the trick to removing the pulley from the PS pump to put it on the new pump? I don't see that it is threaded..... And I tried to use a small hub puller with no luck. So, what's the trick? Thanks in advance-

there's a groove in the front of the pulley. there's a small dedicated puller needed. check with a good parts store. kd and lisle make them, i can't think of the numbers. good luck, chuck.

A pain: you must use a power steering pump pulley puller (a larger puller) to get this off. Use lots of PBlaster beforehand.

I did mine by cutting the old pulley w/ a chisel after an hour
of pulling it out w/ a puller.Good luck.
