crank sensor question 200

It is called the crank position sensor or reference sensor. The knock sensor is a totally different sensor. The crank sensor is located on top of the bell housing, right below the cyl. head (a b-tch to get to). The knock sensor is located under the intake manifold(next to the coolant sensor on my 90 240).

Knock, no, that one is different. Reference sounds sort of familiar.
