Does anyone know if the 1970 and earlier chrome grille can be put on a 1971 or 1972 140?

Really like the chrome one better.

    Yes. The early ones have side bolts into each fender that the later black grills don't have, but easy to adapt, and a little difficult to get to the nut on the inside of the fender, but do-able.
